File Viewers...

If you are having difficulty opening a file that you downloaded from the website, the most likely reason is that you don't have the proper program that is needed to read that particular file type.  Below is a list of file types that will most commonly appear, and information about the associated program needed to read the files:

Adobe (.pdf)	This will be the most common file type you'll find on the Sunrise website since PDF format is most widely used by both MAC and PC users.  In order to view a document of this type, you'll need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader. Download the Acrobat Reader for free!
Word (.doc)	In order to view .doc file types, you will need to use Microsoft Word, another word processing program that can convert from the Microsoft Word format, or the free Microsoft Word Document viewer. Download the Microsoft Word Viewer for free!
Excel (.xls)	In order to view .xls file types, you will need to have Microsoft Excel, another spreadsheet program that can convert from the Microsoft Excel format, or the free Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet viewer. Download the Microsoft Excel Viewer for free!
PowerPoint (.ppt)	PowerPoint Presentations contain slides used for presentations. In order to view .ppt file types, you will need to have Microsoft PowerPoint, another presentation program that can convert from the Microsoft PowerPoint format, or the free Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation viewer.
